The location is great, the neighbourhood is safe for Indian. Clean apartment and nice building. Highly recommended specially for Indians. The best part is that the host is very helpful and responds to messages very fast. Can book this apartment without thinking.

Everything was immaculate clean and stocked Fabio contact us before arriving and help us with a list of great places around, they have food for us and a bottle of wine as a welcome The beds are comfortable and there is no noise at night. The best apartment we had in our trip for 3 different cities in Italy

The location is unbeatable: 2 min by foot from Piazza Venezia, 7 min from the Pantheon, 10 min from Piazza Navona, 1 min to a small supermarket The apt has a good layout and is spacious. It has everything needed.

The location of the apartment is excellent, we only need to walk a few minutes to enter the historical attractions of Rome. The apartment is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and beautiful decorations. Fabio contacted us in advance to confirm the arrival time and contacted us every day to wish us had a great time. He also recommended many restaurants to us. What's even more surprising is that he used WeChat to contact me, which was very convenient. Our whole family loves this apartment very much, it gave us an unforgettable and wonderful time.

We just had the best experience at Polacchi 42. The apartment is large for 5 people, modern and very clean. It is extremely well equipped, and the location is perfect: 3 min from Plazza Venizzia, 10 min walk to Pantheon, 5+ min to Piazza Navona. We walked to St Peter's in less than 30mn. Fabio had left croissants and jam for our first breakfast, which was a very nice perk. There is a booklet in the apartment with recommendations for supermarkets, etc... Everything was perfect. There is an elevator and the street is mostly for pedestrian. There are 2 very good restaurants on Piazza Margana, which is a one minute walk. We will be back!

From the moment I reserved the apartment, Fabio got in contact with me and offered some additional services: a private transfer from the airport to the apartment and back as well as reccomentations to visit places or places to have lunch or dinner... He has been very helpful, available by whats app all the time, being sure everyday thinkgs went right. At the arrival David was waiting for us to give us the keys and explain all we needed about the apartment. Everything easy. The apartment is strategically located, 2 minutes walking to the Campidoglio, Marcellos Theater or Campo de Fiori, 5 minutes to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Perfect to visit all the city on foot. Taxi and bus stop one minute walking from the apartment.

Excellent contact with the owners. The information sent on WhatsApp was very helpful and valuable. We didn't have breakfast purchased and were pleasantly surprised by the croissants, jams and coffee available in the kitchen. And a fantastic location. You can walk everywhere in 15 minutes walk. I recommend this apartment and its hosts.

Everything was perfect. Fabio was very careful during our stay in the apartment, he helped us with transportation and for the early check-in there was a basket in the apartment with croissants and jam. The location was perfect, 15 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes from the Coloseum. I recommend it to everyone during their stay in Rome.

I love MANY things about this apartment and this is the first time I am writing a review because this is just an exceptional apartment with a lovely & generous host. I can say this as we travelled to the other 4 countries before I got to Rome. Top notch location, close to all landmarks. Supermarket down the road. Although close to main street, it is located in a small aisle & noise is at a well tolerated level. Big foods basket with pastries, bread, jams, cookies upon arrival, Breakfasts were easily sorted. Fridge with drinks, juice, even a Prosecco. Kitchen FULL with basic staple ingredients and herbs, olive oil, frying oil, on top of completed cooking pans & utensils etc. Plenty of coffees pods. Apartment is big size with 2 bedrooms (main bedroom is well sized) but can be divided easily into 3 with private curtain separation. Can easily fit up to 6 people in my opinion. Very cozy bed and homey apartment with a truly Italian touch. Big toilet with washing machine & many tissue rolls. Many windows and sunlight comes through them. AC & heater can be used but with good weather and ventilation we did not use them. Helpful host (Fabio) who offered airport pick up service, good & friendly communications, generous, very helpful, even shared his Rome's restaurants to us. Rome was our last stop after travelling to the other 4 countries and I was grateful we were able to rest well at the apartment, regaining energy and at the same time enjoying Rome. I genuinely recommend this apartment to anyone who is coming to Rome.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It was away from crowd but at the same time still very accessible everywhere. Fabio and Nicolleta were very hospitable. They made us check in early which was a big help for us since we were very tired from our trip. Fabio checked in on us regularly to make sure we are having a pleasant holiday and he also suggested very good places to eat. The apartment was very spacious for 2 people and it has everything which really made us feel at home. They gave us free coffees, breakfast snacks and even a welcome prosecco. We would choose here again if well be blessed to go back to Rome

A perfect location in the heart of Rome. All the main monuments within easy reach, so you can get there quickly during the day and evening walks, takes on a unique atmosphere. Grocery shop around the corner. And above all, the best host in the world. He will arrange transport, a guide, give you a list of good restaurants in the area and you will be welcomed at the apartment with a basket of food and water in the fridge. Fabio and Nicolette's hospitality will make you feel at home.

The apt can accommodate up to 6 people via a large double bed in a bedroom plus 2 sofa beds in its own room with door. Fabio was super responsive to my messages with questions and accommodated our later arrival. He also ordered a car to take us to the airport, as well as made very helpful restaurant recommendations. Loved that the apt was within an 8 min walk from the Pantheon and restaurants. All the rooms were spacious.

The Polacchi 42 apartment is a perfect find for a family or group wanting to be centrally located to explore the sights and food options of Rome. The apartment was well appointed with a lovely surprise of a basket of snacks and drinks. Rooms were spacious, a/c comfortable, espresso provided, plenty of towels, and wifi sufficient for a video work call and multiple streaming. Best is how responsive both Fabio and Nicoletta were throughout our stay - they helped immediately with any questions then went above and beyond to get something my daughter left behind to us near the airport. For a family to be able to have a safe, convenient place with a washer and kitchen for beverages and food in such a great location, this apartment can't be beat.

Fabio was wonderful with communication from the outset. He and his wife met us to arrange key handover, and Fabio gave us a tour of the apartment. We were provided with OJ, water, and milk, along with cornettos/croissants and some toast and jams for our breakfasts. Super timesaver and so welcoming! We were also provided some disposable travel slippers to use which we did for our entire vacation. Very thoughtful. Coffee machine and capsules were great. There was a washing machine in the apartment, but we didn't use it. The noise was to be expected, but once we closed the windows and left on the fans of the a/c units, it wasn't bad at all when sleeping. The location was wonderful! The front door was a little tricky to get open, but once we got the knack of it, all was good! Really great unit for exploring Rome with wonderful hosts. Please remember they ask the city tax to be paid in cash upon check-in, so have Euros ready for that. Fabio also set up a transfer for us from the airport to the unit, and he tried to help us get to the train station on a crazy busy and rainy day when cabs were scarce.
